Melissa and Tina are absolutely first rate wedding coordinators. Their outstanding expertise when it comes to planning a wedding was invaluable. They were able to give detailed feedback about every aspect of planning my wedding - from florist suggestions to guest list dilemmas to menu selection and beyond! Because this was my first time planning a wedding, I was often unsure if I was dealing with a reputable vendor or if I was getting a good deal on something. Melissa and Tina KNOW this business and were always able to give me straight and unbiased feedback. It really helped me narrow down my choices and ensured that I was always dealing with great vendors.

These girls at EPN were also always available whenever I needed help. I found myself several times needing to call them at the last minute because tasks arose that I really needed assistance with or I just needed someone to bounce ideas off of and they accommodated me every single time. I felt completely welcome to call upon them any time and I knew they would be there for me. Just knowing that alone took a huge burden off my shoulders. Melissa and Tina are very warm and so easy to talk to and that also made a big difference. When you have people so integrally involved in such an important occasion like your wedding, it really helps to know that they are there first and foremost FOR YOU. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that your wedding turns out exactly how you want it and they go above and beyond to make that happen.

One example in my wedding is that I really wanted an ice luge to serve my wedding cocktail out of, but my venue was unwilling to accommodate the ice luge indoors due to the potential messiness of it. However, my wedding was in December and I definitely did not want my guests to go outside in order to get a cocktail. Melissa negotiated with the venue and she found a way to make it work. My ice luge was indoors and it was perfect. This is a prime example of what you get when you book these girls. If you want something, they do everything in their power to make it happen.

They are also extremely professional. They are warm and friendly to everyone, but they also know how to put pressure on vendors when it's necessary. But always in a completely professional manner. They will always stand up for your best interests and it's a relief knowing that they are looking out for you.

In addition to the planning, they were invaluable the day of the wedding as well. They are your eyes and ears during the entire day. For as long as they are there, they are constantly checking to make sure things go according to plan so that you never have to worry about it. I am an extremely "type A" person who likes to make sure things get done myself. There are very few people that I usually trust to get things done, but I actually felt completely comfortable in Melissa & Tina's hands. I knew if there was a problem, they would handle it. I had 2 people at my reception who ordered a special vegan meal and I was concerned their entrees would not arrive correctly. That night Melissa & Tina were on the ball and made sure it was handled. If I had any concern at all, I knew after I mentioned it that it would be handled appropriately.

And you get all of this exceptional service for an amazing price!! The girls at EPN were half as expensive as some of the other companies that seemed to offer comparable service. Not only that, but their personalities just really "fit" for my wedding. I interviewed countless other coordinators and none stacked up. If they were the same price as EPN, they were grossly underprofessional. If they were more expensive, they often seemed pretentious and like they were just there to do a job - not as if they were really out there to make sure YOU were happy. I really can't recommend Melissa & Tina enough!!!
